How do credits work?
Every edit costs credits: 1 for a prompt edit or background removal, 2 for a 4K upscale, 3 for a photo animation. You get 5 free credits at signup, 1 free credit per daily login, and subscriptions refill credits monthly. If an edit fails, credits are automatically refunded.
Do free downloads have a watermark?
Yes — free plan downloads carry a subtle SnapAI watermark and are capped at 720p. Any paid plan removes the watermark and raises the export resolution.
What file types can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WEBP up to 50MB. Results are delivered as high-quality PNG (or MP4 for animations).
Who owns the edited images?
You do. You retain all rights to your uploads and the edits you create, on every plan including free.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, in two clicks, from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and unused top-up credits never expire.
What's the refund policy?
Refund requests can be made within 24 hours of purchase from your Settings page, provided no credits have been used — limited to one refund per account and reviewed manually within 3 business days. Full conditions in our refund policy; statutory consumer rights always apply.
Do my credits expire?
Top-up credits never expire. Subscription credits refresh with each billing cycle.
Is my data private?
Your images are stored privately against your account and you can delete any edit — or your entire account and data — at any time from Settings. See our privacy policy.
